Description:

Dwayne Scott (Am 20th C). These great American bald eagles are fighting for a fish that one of them has caught and the other eagle wants. The eagle with the fish is alighting on an upward tree trunk base with both talons grasping the fish and the other eagle is coming up from underneath to snare the prize fish away. There is elaborate detailed feathering of both birds with white-silvered heads, tail feather, polished bronze talons and red beady eyes on each. The entire eagles rests and is supported by an upward tree trunk base that rests on black circular beveled marble plinth. Dimensions are 29" by 30" by 44". Weighs approximately 100lbs. Such a dynamic fight for survival in the open.
